Hi LDOG - did you end up getting your file purged by MYOX Services? We are looking to do the same thing but I cant find any information about the company

We didn't as MYOX wouldn't provide a cost unless we gave them a backup of our data which management weren't so keen on.
Our IT department are looking at creating another MYOB file which we can keep for historical purposes and then reducing the live MYOB file which we are utilising - not sure how they are going about the reducing part given that purging isn't an option.
