Purge Unused Account Categories / Cards

Create a Card called - Not used
Then combine unwanted cards with that card as primary

Same with accounts you dont want any more.

Great idea HOWEVER many cards / Categories do not allow merging and its time consuming - Ideally a system purge when a card / Category is dormant for say 7 years would be great 

I do not think functionality is high on myobs list.

They cant even fix the annoying warning boxes that appear and stay on screen after that form is closed.

Though requested many times over the year, as leibholdqpbc​ indicated, not a priority for MYOB.

Suggest you get in touch with MYOX Services - they can remove pretty much anything in bulk, cards, items, jobs, accounts, payroll categories etc. At least up until 17 June 26.
