Epson ScanSmart Accounting Software

Hi.  We just purchased the Epson Rapid Receipt RR-600W scanner to be able to scan all sizes of receipts and invoices I do not receive electronically.

 

We have installed the Epson ScanSmart Software and can successully import to MYOB AccountRight (online) the data of the receipt, our vendor list imports over,  but the scanned image of the receipt does not attach to the transcation. 

 

I have exhausted all help options with Epson, does anyone have a fix for this?

 

We purchased this particular expensive scanner because it linked to MYOB, but if I need to drag over the scanned images manually, I may as well get the cheaper model.

    Hi GEMonster,

     

    That’s a pain! If the data’s coming through but the image isn’t attaching, it usually points to a setup/permissions quirk between Epson Scan Smart and MYOB AccountRight. Best bet with this is to loop in your IT person or Epson support to sanity‑check the setup and see if there’s a workaround for auto‑attachments. In the meantime, dragging the PDF onto the bill in AccountRight is a decent stop‑gap.
