Hi JulieMaycock , welcome to the forum. The message suggests that AccountRight cannot locate the template required for the report.
If you have an older version of AccountRight installed, navigate to the equivalent folder (eg C:\Users\Public\Documents\MYOB\AccountRight\2020.2\Reports\Spreadsheet), and find the same file, then copy that to the 2020.3\Spreadsheet folder.
If you only have one version, try downloading again and re-install it.
