Thank you for your post.
I understand that you received error 4012 when you were trying to import items. Error 4012 in importing items means that you will need to specify an expense account. To better assist you with this, could you please attach the screenshot of the txt file you are importing including the 3 rows and the actual log file so we can assist you further?
