Excel Add-in not working

I normally use the Excel Add-in everyday without problem. Yesterday however the plugin  would load but then it would not let me log in. I Keep getting an error message. 

 

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall with no luck and have tried on 3 different computers withthe same result.

    After looking into it, the error codes 400 and 500 you're encountering seem to be related to Microsoft Excel. Since you've already attempted to uninstall and reinstall without any improvement, it could be beneficial to reach out to the Microsoft team for additional support. Also, making sure that both your Excel and Add-in versions are up to date might help resolve the problem.
