While you wait for votes, and eventual changes, perhaps try this:
- in addition to selecting the fields you needs, select the Inactive Item field
- open in excel and sort the entire table by this column
- delete all rows not required in one selection, based on this column
FYI there is a good reason to include all items in an item export. Also if you want someone to delete unwanted items (used or not), get in touch with MYOX Services - they can delete in bulk.
