How do I check if I am are using the correct API key and credentials for my MYOB account.

I have an integration setup with Retail Express which has stopped working.  The error message I am receiving is  Encountered a communication error (https://arl2.api.myob.com/accountright/63dc1b39-ac15-40d3-b480-b886a31084cf/Sale/Invoice/Service/).

How do I check if I am are using the correct API key and credentials for my MYOB account.  I have logged into my.MYOB but am unable to find the "developer" section to check this information.

Can you please advise.  Thanks,

    Hi slf23

     

    Integration hiccups can be a real pain. If something’s gone off with your MYOB and the other app, the fastest way to sort it is to get in touch with the folks who run that app. Since this one’s with Retail Express, it’s a good idea to reach out to them and see what’s going on with that error.
