Import General Journal

Hi,    I'm trying to import a general journal, I've exported the template and updated with new data. However I keep getting an error -15 account not found. When I view the log the account numbers h...

Thanks Mike, 

I've updated my journal to bring through all of my columns, I've triple checked my GST. Still giving me the same error. 

I'm copying the data from an excel file into the text file via excel, ie I open the text file in excel and copy the data over as text into the excel and close. It is then saved which updates the text file. 

I'll have to enter my 80 lines manually as I cannot waste any more time on this for month end. 

I'll come back and revisit next week as it is driving me nuts. I've also logged it with the support team.
