I understand that manually entering a large payroll journal isn’t ideal.
The browser version doesn’t currently support importing general journals, so there isn’t an import option under Settings > Import/Export Data. This can only be done through the AccountRight desktop app.
If you can’t use the desktop app while your IT team investigates the issue, the journals will need to be entered manually in the browser for now.
