That "Account Number Cannot be empty" message usually means MYOB's not spotting an account number in one of the rows (even a sneaky blank row at the end can cause this). Could you double-check if there are any hidden spaces or tabs in the Account number column of your text file? Sometimes exporting to CSV first and then back to TXT cleans up any formatting gremlins.
