Nice pickup on the account mismatch, that’s usually the clue. The Error -15: Account number not found in list of postable accounts means the account in the import file is a header account, and header accounts can’t be posted to. A good check is to look at 53000 in your Chart of Accounts and make sure it isn’t set up as a header. If it is, swap it to the correct detail account, then test importing the transaction again. If it’s still not playing nicely after that, it’s worth reaching out to our team so they can take a closer look.
