Those Spend Money text imports are easy to trip up on, as this thread shows. A stray blank line, the {} header, or the exact column order will fail the lot with little explanation.
If you want to skip that format altogether, TransPost (https://transpost.com.au) loads Spend Money into AccountRight through MYOB’s API from a plain CSV. You map your columns (Acct No., Name, Amount, Job, Memo, Tax) once, and it tells you exactly which field and row is wrong if something doesn’t match, rather than a generic error.
There’s a free trial if you want to test it on a couple of transactions first.
