Hey donna-r,
Since the import number is coming through fine but the job numbers aren’t, it’s worth checking the following:
- Under the Setup menu, head to Preferences then System and make sure “Warn if jobs are not assigned to all transactions” is ticked
- When opening the import file in Excel, confirm the job field cells are formatted as General, as setting them to Text or Number will cause the job to be skipped during the import even if everything else looks right
