Yes, it is the correct file. I can also see that Ostendo is a user in MYOB but of course I cannot see the password. I have emailed our Ostendo technical advisers to look into it for us. Hopefully get a solution soon.

Just change the Ostendo User Id password yourself (if you are logged in as an Administrator) within MYOB - and make a note of what it is.

Good thinking Steve,
I logged into Ostendo as the Administrator and re did the link. But same old issue of the box with MYOB login details flickering up briefly then disappearing. I believe I will need to wait for our technician to reply to me.
