Promised Dates API issue

Hi,

 

I'm having an issue with the Purchase/Order/Item endpoint and the value being returned in the promised date field. for example we received a container shipment early and changed the promised date from 8/12/2025 to 1/12/2025, it shows that 1/12/2025 in the MYOB gui, however when calling the data from the endpoint it will still show 8/12/2025.

 

this has happened multiple times and causes us to oversell products, why would MYOB be showing a different date in the application to what is in the JSON?

 

We have cleared the cache on every machine that is logged into the company file.

    Hi PhillipB​,

     

    Thanks for sharing this one. That promised date doing its own thing would definitely do your head in, especially if it's causing overselling. Fingers crossed one of the other dev legends in the community jumps in soon with some insight on why the API's returning a different date to what you're seeing.
