save data offline

Hi, I would like to cancel my subsciption and want to save my data offline. I have tried to find the steps to this process - but my search has been futile.  I can't find anything that explains is simply and AI search gives steps on how to do this that don't even exist in MYOB. 

I have been on hold to MYOB for ages trying to get my account cancelled so haven't been able to get their advice on what to do, so I thought I would ask here.
