Upgrade V19 Basics to ARL

Hi MYOB,   I have been in contact with my MYOB account manager, who helped me obtain a new serial number for ARL online.  He said to upgrade via the Upgrade Assistant (refer to the screenshots) ...

    Hi Cloud_Mind, 

     

    That conversion process can definitely be finicky when it's done manually. For a v19 file, the quickest path now is to lodge the migration request here rather than rely on the old Upgrade Assistant steps: v19 migration request form.

     

    You’ve already done the right thing by keeping a backup. Once the request is in, the team can check the file and let you know the next step.

    Thanks, Genreve. This is excellent. I have submitted the form.  Can you tell me the time line for upgrades so I can give client a rough estimate i.e. 24 hours or 5 working days?
