Our team is investigating this right now, and these details are super valuable in helping us reproduce it on our side. I don't have much detail on how the investigation is going, but I am keeping an eye on it and will update you as we go.
And, possibly incidentally, a Solo app update with some bug fixes should be available to install later today. The bug fixes don't directly address this issue, but there's an outside chance it reduces the instances of freezing. Once you install the update (version 8.0.1), can we ask that you repeat the steps that caused the app to freeze and let us know if the issue is still present?
