Charged for a service I don't require

Please explain how you are able to deducted a $99 subscription fee without my approval?

Multiple attempts to my CommBank failed due to myself officially unsubscribing with you on the 05/05/2026. 

You have removed money from my account that I had assigned to another fee elsewhere and I'll require that back asap.
