Connecting Bank Account to MYOB

Hello,

I'm struggling to connect my Commonwealth Bank business account to MYOB solo. I get this error message. I have contacted my bank and they've said the issue is not on their end. 

 

Is this an account type issue? Or something else? Account type is a business transaction account. 

 

The email I am using for MYOB Solo is my business email and the email on file through Netbank is my personal email. Is that the concern?

  • Hey TKing​ we can see that you've already sent us a message through the Digital Assistant, and we've answered you there.

    But we'll provide the basics here too (to help other Solmates out), the image you've shared shows us that your Commbank account might either:

    1. not be set up for Open Banking, or
    2. not be eligible for Open Banking.

    Open Banking is the technology we use to get your transactions from your bank, and different banks and account types have different compatibility or setup requirements.

    From that page, you can also find links to Commbank's information about Open Banking (we have instructions for most banks). Each bank has specific information about Open Banking and any steps to provide permission specific to your account type.

     

    Please Note: It's important that if you get help from your bank with the set-up that you let them know Solo utilises Open Banking
