You're not alone, there's a known issue when trying to link NAB accounts through Connected Accounts.
What’s going on? NAB isn’t always sending through all the bits we need (like your BSB or account number), which means the connection hits a wall before it can finish. Super annoying, I know.
We’re working with our Open Banking partner and NAB’s tech team to get it sorted. Even if your account should work, this can still pop up because of how the data’s being handled on NAB’s end.
In the meantime, it’s worth double-checking with NAB that your account is Open Banking enabled, just to cover all bases. But even if it is, this issue can still get in the way.

Thanks for letting me know.
I just called NAB Business banking support and they confirmed that my account is Open Banking enabled. They couldn't offer much support outside of that as they mentioned the issue is on the MYOB end. They mentioned the cancellation of the connection is coming from Adatree?
I've attached a screenshot of the data sharing permissions section in my NAB banking app.
