Hey there vandy35 thanks for posting. That doesn’t sound quite right, and we’d really love to help you get to the bottom of it.
To troubleshoot properly, could you jump into Chat with us in Solo (on the More tab) and ask to speak with the Community Leads? That way, either I or one of my trusty teammates can take a closer look and help you sort it out.
