Invoice incorrectly marked as paid

I'm new to Solo and i need help, I was creating a test invoice and it was displaying as paid but I had an item in there but I had zero dollars as the amount. What have i done wrong here?

  • Hey there—welcome to Solo! 🎉
Thanks for reaching out, and don’t worry—you haven’t done anything wrong!

    Ahhh, I know what’s happened here… You’ve accidentally confused the system a little 😅

Because the item in your invoice has a $0 amount, Solo is automatically marking it as paid (since technically, there’s nothing to pay!). All you need to do is pop in a dollar amount, and it’ll behave like a regular unpaid invoice again.

Give that a try, and if anything still feels off, just shout—we’re here to help! 🙌
