Login in the app

I have problems with login it have showing me this

    Thanks for reaching out 🙌,

    If you go to app.myob.com, can you see the Solo file in your list?

    If it’s showing up there, that usually means you’ve got bookkeeper access to the file. If it doesn’t appear, then something else might be blocking it and our team will need to dive deeper into what’s going on.


    Let me know what you see and we’ll go from there!

    Not sure if you saw my last post, but did you try logging in at app.myob.com?

    If your file shows up there, it usually means you’ve got bookkeeper access. If it doesn’t, something else might be blocking it and our team will need to dig a bit deeper.

    If it’s also not working in the browser, open the app and go to Help signing in > tap the chat bot in the bottom right corner to reach us.
