Me bank go - bank feeds

I have recently signed up to solo, and I have me bank GO . I was originally with quick books , and my me bank classic, and it all worked fine, then me bank pushed us all over to me bank GO and now it won’t sync , so I thought I’d give solo a try, it has connect but but it only synced a few transactions and that’s it , it wouldn’t do any more and I’m stumped, I’ve checked online in my data share options and it’s granted access to solo, but it won’t seem to update the transaction's. 
has anyone else had the same issues ?

    Thanks for reaching out! Can I confirm if there’s still a category (account) linked to your bank feed?

    When your account is connected and your first transactions have come through, you’ll need to link the account to a category. This makes sure those transactions are dropped into the right spot on the accounting side of your app.

    To choose the category, go to the Home screen and tap Finish set up, or go to More > Connected accounts.
