Missing bank transactions
I set up my ANZ bank feed last week. Most of the transactions are there but there are some missing. How long does it take to sync? I’m missing transactions from the 30th of June, it’s now the 2nd of July.

Thanks for reaching out.
Once your ANZ bank feed is connected, transactions can take up to 2–3 business days to appear, depending on when the payment was processed.
If the transactions from the 30th of June haven’t come through by the end of the day, can you please raise a support request with us so we can take a closer look?
You can do this from within the app by heading to More > Digital Assistant and following the prompts.
