When taking a payment in Solo, the settlement process will take approximately 2 business days (give or take any delays on the bank side once we release the payment). We'd definitely like to chase it up for you if it takes any longer than expected, which it's beginning to sound like it has!
If you haven't noticed the money arrive by tomorrow, sing out to us via the Solo app by tapping More > Digital assistant - you'll be connected directly with me and my team and we'll be able to chase down the status of the payment. ☺️
