MYOB Payroll Process Timed Out

Hi MYOB Team,

 

I'm unable to process payroll since the new update this morning. It's stuck at the Employee Pays step and freeze whenever I hit record, then a Question window comes up shows the application has timed out. 

 

Can someone please help with resolving this issue asap as the Payday Super rolled out today. I've checked the troubleshooting pages for Speed and Performance Tips & Troubleshooting Online Files already and those are unhelpful.

    I have had this exact same problem. Tried to clear cache - still no luck. Ran a smaller pay - 2 pays - it still timed out. It is simply not processing. I have paid my employees as I save the verification report and used that to jsut pay from spend money so they didnt have to wait for pay. All the same I have wasted hours and hours re processing and trying to get this payroll therough and of course the employees are unable to check pay advices and I cant process payday super. Tried to call myob support, on hold for 2 hours no response and call dropped out. Some assistance or feedback in this chat would be appreciated please, particularly from someone form MYOB who may know wha tis going on and when this might be fixed.

    Hi Ashengli did you get any resolution on this as I still cant process my payroll.

    Sorry you’ve had such a frustrating time with this, especially on payroll day.

     

    Thanks for listing out all the troubleshooting you’ve already tried. If it’s freezing and timing out when you hit Record, it’ll need a closer look from the team.
