Report for Klm invoiced
How can I get a report that shows a break down of hrs invoiced vs klm invoiced as I want a total of klms invoiced for last financial year.

Hi DavidRoberts - short answer: not as a built-in report in Solo just yet.
Right now, Solo’s reports are more geared toward overall business figures and transaction history, so there isn’t currently a native report that splits out hours invoiced vs kilometres invoiced, or totals up just the kilometres invoiced for last financial year.
The closest option in Solo is:
- More → Reports → Transaction List
- Choose Last financial year
- Export it as CSV/Excel
That report gives you a line-by-line transaction export, so if your invoice items/descriptions clearly show hours and kms, you may be able to filter and add those up in a spreadsheet from there.
If you work with an accountant or bookkeeper, you can also share the exported report with them to help total it up accurately.
Just one important caveat: for anything tax, deduction, or record-keeping related, it’s best to check with your accountant or registered tax adviser so they can confirm you’re using the right figures and method for your circumstances.
