Seems like print invoice function has disappeared. Not sure if it app or iPhone at fault.

I've had 2 seperate issues recently and when I reached out here, the MYOB support staff have responded quickly and been very helpful.

A quick heads-up about what’s going on: some phones have started blocking messages that contain PDFs. Heaps of Solmates were getting stuck, so to keep invoices sending smoothly, we updated the way Solo shares invoices through other apps.

Instead of sending the PDF directly, Solo now shares a message with a link to the PDF. That change is why the old “Print/Share PDF” option isn’t appearing for you the way it used to.

Here are your options right now:
• Email the invoice from Solo — emails still go out as a PDF and can be printed as usual. If you want a hand with where to find this, just yell out.
• Use the link to print — tap “Share invoice”, send the link to yourself (Messages, email, anything), open it, and you’ll see the PDF online where you can download or print it.

We know this has shaken up the workflow for Solmates used this feature as part of their process. The team is working behind the scenes on both fixing the original phone-blocking issue and bringing back a smoother share  PDF/print option.

For now though, you can send the link to yourself, open it online, and download/print it from there!

Just jumping in here with some epic news!

The product team heard our Solmates loud and clear that the text and link option just wasn't cutting it for those that need easier PDF download and printing. So, in record time, they have worked out a solution which will bring back the same options you had previously, in addition to the text and link option.

If everything runs smoothly, this should be live in the app mid next week. We'll keep you posted in this thread, and also announce it here on the forum.
