Showing a discount/credit on an invoice

Hi, I have a customer that paid for a service that they didn’t end up using yet, so i want to show that I have discounted their next invoice by the previously paid amount. How can I do this please?  ...

Being able to apply a % discount is great. But just wondering is there any plan to add the option of a flat amount coming too? I offer promotions to my customers in the form of a flat rate discount, so being able to show ‘-$20’ for eg would be amazing 🙂

We love that idea! For now, percentage is the way to go, but we think this idea deserves a spot of it's own on the forum so that other Solmates can vote and give their own feedback!
