SOLO BANK FEED DUPLICATES

Hi, requesting urgent support from MYOB Bank feeds team.

I've got duplicate expenses in the bank feeds from what looks to be between 10/5/26 - 2/7/26.
I've definitely checked my bank and these are not duplicate transactions from the supplier.

There is far more than what I've screenshot.

I've tried to request support via the chat and I called support during the support hours, however it hung up on me and I've had no response.

Please contact me asap.

Thank you.

In the same boat as well as some other oddities (missing transactions in the bank account transactions list, but they appear when I do a General Ledger export, some already categorised transactions showing as uncategorised), so I'll reach out in Chat.

  • Worst time of year forgot to happen . I can’t do my bas till it sorted out . I need to do tax

  • Hey there demiroseallaway - thanks for dropping by!

If you've noticed anything missing from your post, it's because I removed screenshots which contain potentially sensitive details (like bank transaction info). Would you be able to start a chat with us in Solo by tapping More > Chat with us? We'll need some extra details that are best discussed in a private channel 🕺

Myself and my team also respond to conversations inside Solo, so we'll catch you on the flipside!

  • I’m also experiencing this as well. To add to this, no matter how many times I categorise my transactions, they continue to repeat in the uncategorised transaction list. I now have about 400 transactions I need to categorise. It’s so frustrating!

  • Hi JadeC - definitely sounds frustrating, no arguments here! We'd love for you to reach out to us in the app (by going to More » Chat with us) if you haven't already, as we'll want to know which account(s) of yours are impacted and make sure they're linked to a known issue (and not a new one).

Before going any further, we don't recommend that you categorise any of the additional transaction records. Here’s the best way to handle it:

    • Match or categorise only one of each transaction
    • For any new ones, do the same, just one matched or categorised per transaction
    • If you have duplicates that you have already matched/categorised: unmatch and uncategorise the extras, leaving just one matched or categorised
  • I have the same problem, I can’t just leave them sitting uncategorised it’s to confusing as to what ineeds to be done and what dosnt . This issue needs to be fixed . I have one transaction duplicating 7 times !!!

    Hi Twinkles

We completely understand how frustrating this situation would be, so we've got our A-team working on this as we speak. We've escalated the matter to the banks involved and are actively pushing for a resolution. At the same time, we're working on a solution on our side to prevent these transactions from popping up again.

I also see that you've already contacted us through chat, and your details have been recorded, so we'll be able to tidy up those extra transactions as soon as we have a confirmed fix.

Thanks for hanging in there while we comb through this one 💜

I’m in the same boat, I categorised everything because I had an appointment with my account. The matter was urgent. Only to discover SOLO undid all my work and I had to cancel my appointment with my accountant. What should be a handful of transactions has now reach 174! I’m not happy.

Hey Pets777 - thanks for reaching out! Would you be able to tap More Chat with us inside Solo and start a conversation with our team?

We're hard at work on a solution to help clean up duplicates, but once we've got your details logged we'll be able to stay in touch. Looking forward to helping you through this one ASAP! 🧹
