Tap to Pay issue

My tap to pay has started to fail payments - I’ve test a few options and different valid cards - it’s goes through then errors with “payment failed” do I need to delete and re install?

    I've taken a look at your Tap to Pay and no errors are coming up. Owing to the sensitive way we troubleshoot payments issues, we recommend that you start Chat with us message from app by going to More » Chat with us.

    In your message, please let us know the make, model and operating system of the device you're using to collect payments, this will give us a jump on understanding what may be happening. Thanks!
