14/04 Bank Feed delays ANZ (AU) and Bank of Sydney

We are getting error message for CBA bank feeds - message is to contact support

Receiving below error message 1/05/26 for ANZ bank feeds:

Thanks for your updates on BOQ Alli24​ 
ANZ has now been received and will be processed
We are still awaiting data from Bank of Sydney

30/04/2026 Bank Feed Update ANZ AU 

Bank Feed update unavailable awaiting resolution from ANZ bank for Bank Feed Updates

Have had this same error message come up all day today 30/4/2026 for both NAB AU and ANZ AU Bank Feeds

We've raised this error with updating bank feed and is being raised internally for the team to investigate, and it should appear shortly on either our Status Hub or the Bank feeds updates page once it’s officially posted there. It’s worth keeping an eye on those pages for the latest updates while the issue is being worked on.

Like the Users above, I have been getting Bank Feeds errors since 29/4/26

I have checked the other page links with no resolution.

I started getting issues with bank feed error message on 29/4/26 with no bank feeds coming through at all.

Then the issue was semi fixed on 1/5/26 - but the transactions for 28/4 & 29/4 did not come through but transactions for 1/5 did.

Since 1/5/26 there has been no other transactions come through when I can see in my bank account that it has been active every day.

Can you please advise when this issue will be fixed and all missing bank feeds will come through.

Error messages change from "Update bank feed error", No Internet connection, or "MYOB Connection Lost - so you get booted off"
