Delays 17/02/26 > NAB and ANZ (AU)

Good morning everyone

Please be advised that there are noted delays affecting Australian customers for NAB and ANZ
The data has not been received for these institutions yet.

We will be working to get this data and process it to customers files as soon as possible.

Good morning melindawatson and all who are following this thread.
I am pleased to confirm that both ANZ and NAB data has now been received.
NAB data will be distributed today and the ANZ data should have come through yesterday.

morning Mike_MYOB Just a quick update; we are now getting our NAB and ANZ feeds, BUT we still have transactions that have been processed sitting in the Bank feed dated from 02/02/2026 to at least the 13/02/26 and it looks like a couple from the 16th of February as well. What do we do with these?

Morning chrish70 , glad to hear that they have come through!
For now you don't need to do anything, this is a known incident that we have on our status page and we are actively working to try and fix it from our end
