Delays 17/02/26 > NAB and ANZ (AU)

For now you don't need to do anything, this is a known incident that we have on our status page and we are actively working to try and fix it from our end

morning Mike_MYOB​ Just a quick update; we are now getting our NAB and ANZ feeds, BUT we still have transactions that have been processed sitting in the Bank feed dated from 02/02/2026 to at least the 13/02/26 and it looks like a couple from the 16th of February as well. What do we do with these?

Hi Mike, almost middle of the day and still waiting on NAB transactions for 16/2/26 and 17/2/26 but the issue is showing here as solved. Could you please either remove the solved mark or create a new issue that relates to NAB only on the assumption all ANZ users are happy.

We have new feeds in there now, but old cleared are still in current back to 4/02/26. 

I thought my 2800 was bad! Hopefully resolved soon :)

Could you please advise on when the fix will be downloaded to remove all of the previous bank transactions before this period that also downloaded due to this issue? I have over 3000 in one bank account alone - and about the same in another.

Thank you Mike. Please note that my transactions date beyond February and date back to August 2025.

For now, it is best to pause any reconciliation activity for the duplicated transactions.
This is a separate incident and we have it posted on our status hub which you can follow for updates.

While we work on a fix:

• Please do not allocate Bankfeeds dated within this period.
• If you have already allocated the duplicate Bankfeeds for this period, please unallocate those transactions.
