Delays 17/02/26 > NAB and ANZ (AU)

Good morning

Could you please advise on when the fix will be downloaded to remove all of the previous bank transactions before this period that also downloaded due to this issue? I have over 3000 in one bank account alone - and about the same in another.

Thank you Mike. Please note that my transactions date beyond February and date back to August 2025.

For now, it is best to pause any reconciliation activity for the duplicated transactions.
This is a separate incident and we have it posted on our status hub which you can follow for updates.

While we work on a fix:

• Please do not allocate Bankfeeds dated within this period.
• If you have already allocated the duplicate Bankfeeds for this period, please unallocate those transactions.

I have received my bank transactions from the 16th and 17th into my bank feed now.

How do I get rid of the bank feeds which have come through (already reconciled) dating back to August 2025? Do I need to manuallY hide each and everyone of them or is there another solutions? The manual option will be very time consuming. From this feed there were also other in the same position.

I try to get bank feeds now for NAB and it crashes MYOB. That's exactly what happened yesterday also.

Any idea of the timing of this - bank feeds for NAB still not coming through :( 

Whew, glad it’s not just us! Sounds like the MYOB team is on it. I’ll ignore the already‑reconciled transactions in the feed and keep an eye on this thread for updates.

Thats a relief I thought was just us, we have NAB & got already proceed bankfeeds showing up from 4/02/26 & to 13/02/26 with no new transactions available.
