Hi Amanda,
I am struggling to get a new bank feed activated through the Open Banking. With Westpac banking, you have a personal profile and a business profile but one customer number. When i put my credentials in, it takes me to the personal profile in Westpac and i can access the business account to allocate bank feeds. I then selected the alternative way and selected Westpac Credits cards. I got the code from MYOB, signed in and linked bank feeds last week. I have done this twice and bank feeds are still not active - what am i doing wrong. I need to get this linked urgently as the transactions are starting to flood in and i don't want to be entering everything manually. Cant get through to anyone on the phone, currently been on hold for 48 minutes. Please advise. Thanks, Lara

Our banking team will need to take a deeper look into that one for you. I would recommend raising a case from your My Account dashboard for assistance if you aren't able to wait on the phone, someone from the team will be able to reach out to you.
