Mike the BNZ bank feed is not coming through as of 19 May. There is no issue on BNZ's side and I have created a ticket with support but as always the promised email has not arrived and the issue is not fixed. What is the next step here??

HI Migrationexpert , we still have no known delay for BNZ and there are (currently) no other complaints on the community forum for delays. It will definitely be best to have your individual situation looked at by support. You can call or chat if you want urgent help rather than waiting for your case.
