add user to MYOB Lite

I have an employee who has been added to our AccountRight business file using her work email address as an online admin.  This was added in the desktop file. We have another company file using MYOB lite which is a separate entity,  but when I try to add her as a user I get the message email address has already been used or something similar.  I believe that one email address can have different company files added to it.  How do I add the MYOB Lite file to her email address.

    Hi Lea-AnneD

     

    Looks like this post is a duplicate of the one at  https://community.myob.com/discussions/Bus-Acc/add-user-to-myob-lite/912713, which I’ve already replied to. To sum it up, that error message means another user in the file is using the same email address, even if they’re inactive. I recommend checking that first and, if you still can’t find any user with that email address, it’s best to contact our support team so they can look into the error further.

    Thank you for your response.  My original questions was showing "waiting approval" for a very long time so I thought it didn't go through.  Sorry for the doubling up.  This issue has now been sorted by customer support, there was an issue with the email address.
