Bas Statement to ATO

Hello, i am having same problem as others in regards to submitting my May Bas statement, is there any fix as yet?

    Hi Bulldogs1967,

     

    If you’re getting the message "We can’t retrieve your activity statements from the ATO", that usually means the hold-up is connected to the ATO setup rather than the BAS itself. The upside is that once those details are lined up, MYOB can usually pull through the activity statement properly again. If this lodgement is time-sensitive, you can lodge directly through the ATO portal for now and then keep using MYOB for future BAS periods after the setup has been sorted. A few helpful things to check are:

     

    • Your Software ID is registered with the ATO using Access Manager or by calling 1300 852 232
    • The ABN and GST branch number in MYOB match the ATO records exactly, with the branch entered as a whole number
    • You sign out, log back in through a private or incognito window, remove any old BAS drafts, and create a new BAS to refresh the ATO feed
