Hi jochat,
If the way the transaction is shown in the general ledger report seems unusual and there are no reported cases similar to this, I recommend creating a support ticket from the My Account window. This will allow our support team to troubleshoot the report and assist you further.
In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.
