Thanks for clearing that up. The constant logouts definitely aren’t what we intend, and it’s not how the inactivity timeout is meant to work. Usually, the “Are you still there?” message popping up all the time is caused by the browser session, cache, or cookies. These steps have helped most users with the same issue:
- Open a new private/incognito window and sign in again
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
- Try using a different browser

Hi Earl,
It's not an error. It's "Are you still there?" MYOB logs me out if I leave the page for a very short period of time. How can I stop MYOB from Timing/Logging out?
It happens too frequently and I'm having to re-login too many times a day.

Hi SMcC1,
If you’re seeing a “The request has timed out” error in your browser, it usually means the page couldn’t finish what it was trying to do in time, often because of a slow connection or a large amount of data being loaded.
When you get a chance, let us know exactly when this error pops up (what page you’re on and what you’re trying to do). That extra detail will really help us narrow it down and work out what’s going on.
