Hey team,
Having huge issues to getting my book keeper to view and clean up my files online, I have tried a few ways to invite them, from online admin, to an adviser, each time they come back to me saying they cant log in, and reference AccountRight Live
at this point, I dont want to purchase another software option, and am heading down the road that Im just going to give them my login details.
anyonw have any solutions.

If you've sent out the invite, your accountant or bookkeeper would get a link to log in with their MYOB account details. Kindly check out this link for more info and steps on how to invite them. Have they run into any error messages while logging in? If so, you'll need to reach out to our support team for a hand. You can reach them on live chat via the virtual assistant MOCA or raise a support ticket via My Account.
And remember, for security reasons, it's best not to share your login details. Let's sort out the access issues through the right channels instead.
