Late BAS Quarter missing??

I have to lodge a late BAS but the quarter I need to select isn't visible in the drop down box - how do I fix this??

    Hi centralhc,

     

    If the quarter you need to select isn't visible in the dropdown, it may be due to a lock period in your file. To remove this, please refer to this link.

     

    Once done, go back and check if the missing quarter is now visible. If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so we can further look into this for you.
