Hi, I'm trying to lodge the May IAS but MYOB saying it can't connect to ATO and so my statement isn't available for lodgement. The deadline is approaching - any ideas why this isn't working?

Hi there, is anyone still having issue connecting with the ATO for IAS/BAS lodgement? I had asked our accountant to lodged it for May and June, and I was hoping that this issue has been fixed by now. But it seems my one is still not connecting when I'm trying to lodge for July. It's getting very frustrating TBH.
Hi MV-8, it seems to be up and down. Early in the month I lodged one IAS for July and it was fine, then next day tried to lodge another two for different companies and couldn't get in, had same "can't get in touch with tax office message as back in May" I contact Amanda, one of the moderators, but by the time she responded it was up and working again. I have just logged into my system and checked again (seeing if it was just your browser or history) and I get the same message as you now, "can't get in touch....." Up to you if you want to send message to moderator or if you want to try again Monday, but definitely has been working at difference points since patch in May. I use AccountRight Plus.
