Hi, I'm trying to lodge the May IAS but MYOB saying it can't connect to ATO and so my statement isn't available for lodgement. The deadline is approaching - any ideas why this isn't working?

I just tried again at 9.45pm and it went thru as normal.
Hope everyone else doesn't have a problem now.
Just thought I'd mention that I went on to the ATO site and was able to lodge our May IAS directly. With STP reporting the ATO already had a record of what was due which matched with our Myob reports so I went ahead and lodged and paid. When Myob corrects itself it will obviously show that its needing to be done but at least on the ATO end it will show that it's been lodged.

Are there any updates on this? The May IAS is now 3 days overdue. Is there any other way to lodge that you're aware of?

I've lodged a support but havent heard anything back. i had to log into the ATO portal and lodge manually. What was interesting is that all payroll information had transferred from STP so they knew how much PAYG was. Still pretty poor from MYOB to not let us know of a known error.
I think they mean Xero isn't currently having issues as they fixed it, MYOB is still broken. I think they marked this as solved because they know there's an issue and what it is, not that it's actually "solved".
