Online BAS Lodgement Problem

My GST setting as quarterly report, however when I lodge it online, the pre-fill only shows 1 month, and I am unable to change the period. Please see the attachment.

    Are you still encountering this issue? If you are, could you kindly reply with a screenshot showing the current lock period and financial year settings in your file? This will help us investigate and assist you further.

      Thank you for your reply. Yes, we still have the probelem with online BAS lodgement. Please see attached the screenshots.

        Hi Parthenon,

        Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Could you please verify if your BAS Information settings are configured for Quarterly reporting? Kindly refer to the attached screenshot for guidance.
