Importing a bank file won’t stop the account from showing, it's usually because the account isn’t set up right or is inactive. Make sure the account you’re linking is a detail account in your Chart of accounts, set to Bank or Credit card, active, and in the right currency. Check this the banking hub article for the guide. It might already be linked to another bank feed or not a supported account type. If the account still doesn’t appear, best to give our live chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA or pop up a support ticket through My Account so that we can help you sort it out.
